The grievance, as encapsulated in the instant writ petition, stems from the indolent and lackadaisical approach of the respondents inasmuch as despite lapse of considerable time, no decision has been taken by the respondents on the petitioner's representation for grant of compensation on account of death of his son due to electrocution. 2.

Mr. Rajesh Gaur, Advocate, who is in receipt of advance notice and represents the respondents, informs this Court that the petitioner's application would be decided expeditiously in accordance with the policy adopted by the respondents.

In view of the above, the respondents are directed to ensure that, the petitioner's representation is decided within six weeks' from today. 4.

Disposed of accordingly.
