(THROUGH VIDEO CONFERENCING) **** JASJIT SINGH BEDI , J.(ORAL ) On 11.11.2025 , the following order was passed:- "Challenge in the present petition is to the order dated 23.05.2025 passed by the Special Judge, Ludhiana, whereby proclamation proceedings under Section 84 of the BNSS, 2023 have been initiated and bail granted to the petitioner in FIR No. 134 dated 20.06.2024 registered under Section 20 of the NDPS Act, 1985 at Police Station Jamalpur, Ludhiana, has also been cancelled.

Learned Counsel appearing on behalf of the petitioner contends that on account of having noted wrong dates, the petitioner could not keep a track of the Court hearing, thus resulting in her absenting from the proceedings. She undertakes to appear before the Court within a period of two weeks from today.

Notice of motion.

Ms. Savi Nagpal, Asst. A.G. Punjab appears and accepts notice on behalf of respondent-State and prays for some time to file reply, if so advised.

Adjourned to 19.02.2026.

CRM-M-63066-2025 -2payment of costs of Rs. 3,000/- to be deposited with "DHFWS SKS USERFEES CS OFFICE, PKL, Account No. 50100189689492, HDFC0004832, HDFC Bank, Sector-6, Panchkula" operation of the order dated 23.05.2025, cancelling the bail granted to the petitioner shall remain stayed till the next date of hearing. " In deference to the aforementioned order, the petitioner has surrendered before the Trial Court and complied with the order dated 11.11.2025. A copy of the said order is taken on record and marked as Mark 'A'. An amount of Rs.3,000/- stands deposited. A copy of the same is taken on record and marked as Mark 'B'.

In view of the above, no further orders are required to be passed by this Court.

It is expected that the petitioner shall not absent himself from the Trial without sufficient cause.
