This is a petition under Section 12 of the Contempt of Courts Act, 1971 for initiation of proceedings against the respondents for non-compliance of the order dated 20.05.2025 passed in CWP-18864-2023. 2.

Learned counsel for the State has pointed out that the order dated 20.05.2025 was duly complied with and he has handed over a speaking order dated 08.12.2025, which is taken on record. Registry to scan and tag the same at the appropriate place. A copy thereof has been supplied to the learned counsel of the petitioner.

In view thereof, no further orders are required to be passed in the present contempt petition and the same is disposed off as such. Rule stands discharged. Pending applications, if any, also stand disposed off. 4.

Needless to say, that the petitioner, if so aggrieved, would always be at liberty to avail his remedies as available in law.
