Having heard learned counsel for the petitioner, but without commenting anything as regards merits of the case or as regards veracity of averments made in the petition, the instant petition is disposed off with liberty to the petitioner to approach respondent No.2 - Senior Superintendent of Police, District Fazilka by moving appropriate representation delineating therein the reasons for his apprehension as regards threat to his life and liberty. Upon such representation being filed, respondent No.2 - Senior Superintendent of Police, District Fazilka shall get the same examined expeditiously in accordance with law as regards the threat perceptions of the petitioner and take necessary steps in case any steps are warranted under facts and circumstances of the case.
