(Oral) Prayer in the present petition under Section 528 of BNSS of 2023, is for issuance of direction to the respondent Nos.2 to 7 to not harass the petitioner and not to call the petitioner to the Police Station without issuance of notice as required under Section 179 of BNSS, 2023 or Section 35(3) of BNSS.

None appears for the petitioner.

The counsel for the State, on instructions, submits that the petitioner is a habitual offender with 08 cases registered against him and recovery of 20 motorcycles have been effected from him. In view of the above, the present petition is disposed of with liberty to the petitioner to avail his remedies in accordance with law, if so advised.
