The present contempt petition has been filed for deliberate and intentional disobedience of order dated 06.03.2025 passed by this Court in CWP-6322-2025, whereby direction was issued to the respondents to decide the legal notice dated 15.07.2024 submitted by the petitioners. 2.

In compliance of the order dated 06.03.2025 passed by this Court in CWP-6322-2025, learned counsel for the respondents submits that legal notice submitted by the petitioners has already been decided by passing a speaking order dated 23.02.2026 by the Director School Education, (SE) Punjab. He has produced a copy of the said speaking order in Court, which is taken on record. A copy thereof has already been dispatched to the petitioners.

In view of the above, since order dated 06.03.2025 passed by this Court in CWP-6322-2025, has been complied with, therefore, the present contempt is purged and rule stands discharged. 4.

Liberty is, however, granted to the petitioners to avail the remedy as is available to them, in accordance with law to challenge the speaking order dated 23.02.2026 passed by the Director School Education, (SE) Punjab.
