(ORAL) The present petition has been filed under Article 226 of the Constitution of India inter alia seeking issuance of a writ in the nature of Certiorari for quashing impugned order dated 13.03.2024 (Annexure P-1) passed by the Assistant Collector, First Grade, Qadian, Tehsil Batala, District Gurdaspur.

At the outset, learned counsel for the petitioners prays for withdrawal of the instant writ petition with liberty to the petitioners to file fresh one with better particulars.

In view of the above, the present writ petition is dismissed as withdrawn with the liberty aforesaid.
