Present 2nd petition has been filed under Section 482 of the BNSS, 2023 for grant of Anticipatory Bail in event of arrest in case FIR No.030 dated 24.02.2025 (Annexure P-1) registered under Sections 115(2)/118(1)/191(3)/190 BNS, 2023 and under Sections 25/27/54/59 of Arms Act, (Offence U/s 125 BNS, 2023 added later vide GD no. 17 dated 16.03.2025 and offence U/s 118(2) BNS, 2023 added vide GD no. 21 dated 29.05.2025) registered at Police Station City Muktsar, District Sri Muktsar Sahib, Punjab.

It is noticed that, at the first instance, petitioner's prayer for anticipatory bail was dismissed by the Court of Sessions, vide order dated 29.05.2025 (Annexure P-3). Thereafter, petitioner again approached this Court by filing CRM-M-33026-2025, which was also dismissed by passing a speaking order dated 09.07.2025 (Annexure P-4). On assailing the said order before Hon'ble Supreme Court through Special Leave to Appeal (Criminal) No.11741 of 2025, appeal too was dismissed, vide order dated 08.08.2025. Despite the matter having attained finality up to Hon'ble the Apex Court, petitioner has once again filed the present petition seeking concession of anticipatory bail. 4.

This Court is inclined to impose heavy costs upon the petitioner for repeatedly approaching the Courts with the same relief; however, taking a lenient view, petitioner is instead warned not to resort to such kind of practice in future.

At this stage, learned counsel for the petitioner prays for permission to withdraw the present petition.
