Learned counsel for the applicant/petitioner submits that applicant/petitioner does not wish to continue the present petition, and thus, wants to withdraw the same, if on his oral request, date of hearing in the main petition is preponed from 27.01.2026 to 24.12.2025, i.e. today itself. 3.
