(Oral) This petition has been filed under Articles 226/227 of the Constitution of India inter alia seeking a writ in the nature of Mandamus for directing the respondents to sanction the mutation of House No.15, Street No.1, R.K. Puram Kunjpura Road, Karnal measuring 189 sq. yards, constructed over the plot which was purchased by the petitioner vide registered sale deed bearing No.3788/1 dated 08.11.1995, which has not been sanctioned/mutated in favour of the petitioner by the respondents. 2.

After arguing for some time, learned counsel for the petitioner prays that he may be permitted to withdraw the instant petition with liberty to the petitioner to avail his other remedies available under the law. 3.

In view of the above, the instant petition is dismissed as withdrawn with the liberty aforesaid.
