At the outset, learned counsel for the petitioners submits that the petitioners would be satisfied, in case, review application No.RA/02/2024 (Annexure P-12) filed by the petitioners is decided by respondent No.2-Debt Recovery Tribunal-III, Chandigarh, which is still pending. 3.

On the other hand, on advance service of copy of petition, learned counsel for respondent No.1 appears and raises no objection to the aforesaid prayer of the petitioners.

Given the nature of order being passed, there is no necessity to seek reply by any of the respondents as no further proceedings and/or pleadings are required.

Without commenting on merits of the case, the petition is disposed of with a direction to respondent No.2 to decide review application No.RA/02/2024 (Annexure P-12) filed by the petitioners and pass an appropriate reasoned order, in accordance with law, at the earliest, preferably within a period of 45 days from the date of receipt of copy/ production of this order.
