***** VINOD S. BHARDWAJ, J. (Oral) The instant petition has been filed for seeking directions to official respondents to protect the life and liberty of the petitioner from accused-Laxmikant and Dalip Kumar who are harassing and threatening the petitioner and his family members.

After arguing the matter at some length, learned counsel appearing on behalf of the petitioner seeks withdrawal of the present petition with liberty to avail alternative remedies as are available to the petitioner in accordance with law.

In view of the above, the present petition is disposed of as withdrawn with liberty as aforesaid.
