(Oral) Prayer in this petition filed under Section 483 of the Bharatiya Nagarik Suraksha Sanhita, 2023, is for grant of regular bail to the petitioner in FIR No.91 dated 01.10.2019 registered under Sections 324, 326, 506, 148, 149 IPC (Section 307 IPC added later on), at Police Station Ramdas, District Amritsar.

After arguing the case for some time, learned counsel for the petitioner wishes to withdraw the present petition. Dismissed as withdrawn.
