Present petition has been filed by the petitioner, seeking grant of regular bail, in case, FIR No.124, dated 21.02.2021, under Sections 45 of Prisons Act, and under Sections 148, 149, 186, 302, 332 and 353 of IPC (Sections 120-B and 379-B of IPC added later on), registered at Police Station Sonepat City, District Sonepat. 2.

While producing the order dated 07.01.2026, counsel for the petitioner submits that petitioner has already been convicted and therefore, present petition can be disposed of, as having been rendered infructuous.
