The contempt petition has been filed for deliberate and intentional disobedience of order dated 24.04.2025 passed by Division Bench of this Court in CWP-17290-2024, whereby, respondents were directed to consider the claim of the petitioner and pass specific order. 2.

Learned counsel for respondents contends that in compliance of order dated 24.04.2025, affidavit of Dr. D. Suresh, IAS, Principal Secretary to Government of Haryana, Food, Civil Supplies and Consumer Affairs Department, Haryana dated 09.02.2026 along with speaking order dated 04.07.2025, attached as Annexure R-1, has been filed. The same is taken on the record. Copy of the same has been supplied to learned counsel for the petitioner.

A perusal of affidavit dated 09.02.2026 and speaking order dated 04.07.2025, Annexure R-1, shows that order dated 24.04.2025 passed in CWP-17290-2024 has been complied with.

In view of the same, the contempt is purged and rule is discharged.

Needless to say that liberty is however granted to the petitioner to challenge the speaking order dated 04.07.2025 in accordance with law. 6.
