This is a petition under Section 12 of the Contempt of Courts Act, 1971 for initiation of proceedings against the respondents for violation of the order dated 03.04.2025 passed in CWP-9484-2025. 2.

The compliance report by way of affidavit of Dr. Hitinder Kaur, Director, Health and Family Welfare Department, Punjab alongwith copy of sanction orders has been filed by learned State counsel, which is taken on record. Registry to scan the same and tag at the appropriate place. 3.

In view of the compliance report, no further orders are required to be passed in the present petition and the same is disposed off. Rule stands discharged.
