Advocate General, Haryana. **** SHEEL NAGU, CHIEF JUSTICE (Oral) The petitioner apprehends his arrest in respect of the offences of breach of trust and cheating arising out of an incident where certain amount was taken from the complainant for sending the son of the complainant abroad as alleged in FIR No. 144 dated 29.05.2024 under Sections 406 and 420 of the Indian Penal Code, 1860 and Sections 10 and 24 of the Immigration Act.

The trial Court had initially granted interim anticipatory bail to the petitioner vide order dated 16.11.2024 but later on the same was dismissed vide order dated 26.11.2024 due to petitioner's failing to cooperate with the investigating agency and not joining investigation. 3.

The petitioner has committed breach of interim order of bail granted to him by the trial Court vide order dated 16.11.2024 and therefore, this Court declines the prayer for grant of anticipatory bail to the petitioner. Accordingly, the petition stands dismissed.
