Learned State counsel has produced a copy of the letter dated 06.08.2025 of Haryana State Warehousing Corporation addressed to the Commissioner of Police, District Panchkula that M/s Luxmi Rice Industries, Barwala has cleared all its dues against undelievered quantity of 109.051 MT CMR of KMS 2023-24 and thus the HSWC and the State Government have suffered no financial loss. Therefore, lawful cancellation of the FIR has been recommended against the partners and guarantors of the said Mill and the statement of the complainant in this regard has also been recorded on 09.12.2025. Copies whereof have been taken on record as Mark-A. He further on instructions from ASI Manoj Kumar states that the cancellation in this case shall be presented within a period of 2 months. 2.

In view of the above, the present petition is disposed of at this stage.
