This petition has been filed, inter alia, for issuance of a writ, in the nature of certiorari, for setting aside Look Out Notice bearing No.2025436515 issued in connection with FIR No.14, dated 19.09.2025, lodged at Police Station Cyber Crime, Kapurthala, Annexure P-1. Counsel for the petitioner submits that by order dated 11.11.2025, Annexure P-4, this Court directed the petitioner to surrender before the Court/authority concerned within a period of ten days and to move an appropriate application for grant of bail. Counsel states that time to surrender has been extended by two weeks by the Hon'ble Supreme Court vide order dated 28.11.2025 passed in SLP (Crl.) No. 19023/2025. Counsel states that in compliance with the aforesaid directions, petitioner has surrendered before the Court concerned on 11.12.2025.

Advance copy of the petition has been served upon the respondents. 6.

Mr. Siddharth Sandhu, Assistant Advocate General, Punjab puts in appearance on behalf of the respondents. Upon instructions received from Inspector, Harjinder Kaur, Cyber Crime, Kapurthala, State counsel submits that a letter requesting the Government of India for withdrawal of Look Out Circular (LOC) shall be issued within a period of 10 days from today. 7.

In view of the statement made by State Counsel, writ petition has become infructuous and is dismissed as such.
