The present contempt petition has been filed for deliberate and intentional disobedience of order dated 07.07.2025 passed by this Court in CWP-18177-2025, whereby direction was issued to respondent No.1 to consider the claim of the petitioner.

Needless to say that the petitioner is at liberty to avail remedy as is available to him in accordance with law to challenge the said speaking order dated 10.03.2026.
