The instant petition under Section 482 of BNSS, 2023 has been filed for grant of anticipatory bail to the petitioners in FIR 194, dated 25.10.2025, registered under sections 331(3), 305 of BNS Act at Police Station Machiwara, District Ludhiana (Police District Khanna) 2.
This Court vide order dated 09.12.2025 while issuing notice of motion, granted the concession of interim bail to the petitioner, subject to his joining the investigation.
