(Oral) This petition has been filed under Section 482 BNSS for grant of anticipatory bail to the petitioners in case bearing FIR No.67, dated 19.05.2025 under Sections 118(1), 115(2), 126(2), 190, 191(3) and 118(2) of BNS (Section 109 BNS added later on ) registered at Police Station Sultanwind, District Amritsar.

Vide order dated 14.11.2025, while granting interim protection, the petitioners were directed to join the investigation. 3.
Learned counsel for the petitioners has submitted that pursuant to order dated 14.11.2025, petitioners have joined the investigation and as such their interim bail may be made absolute.

Learned State Counsel, on instructions has affirmed the fact that the petitioners have joined the investigation and they are not more required for further investigation.
