The present contempt petition has been filed for deliberate and intentional disobedience of order dated 22.07.2019 passed by this Court in CWP-6213-2016.

In compliance of the order dated 22.07.2019 passed by this Court in CWP-6213-2016, short reply by way of affidavit of Aditya Uppal (IAS), Deputy Commissioner, District Gurdaspur, Punjab, has been filed on behalf of the respondent in the Registry. The same is taken on record. 3.

Learned counsel for the petitioners submits that the order dated 22.07.2019 passed by this Court in CWP-6213-2016 has been complied with.
