The contempt petition has been filed for deliberate and intentional disobedience of order dated 30.01.2025 passed in CWP-2602-2025, whereby, respondents were directed to reconsider and decide the claim of the petitioner. 2.
Learned counsel for respondent contends that in compliance of order dated 30.01.2025, speaking order dated 07.01.2026 has been passed. Copy of the same has been supplied to learned counsel for the petitioner and is also taken on record.

A perusal of speaking order dated 07.01.2026 shows that order dated 30.01.2025 passed in CWP-2602-2025 has been complied with. 4.
In view of the same, the contempt is purged and rule is discharged. 5.
Needless to say that liberty is however granted to the petitioner to challenge the speaking order dated 07.01.2026 in accordance with law. 6.
All the pending miscellaneous applications, if any, are also disposed of.
