Criminal Misc. Application bearing No. CRM-6514-2026, under Section 528 of BNSS, 2023, has been filed seeking withdrawal of the main case i.e. CRM-M-63460-2025, which is listed for 09.04.2026. 2.

In the main case, on 17.11.2025, following order was passed:- "

List again on 29.01.2026.

Meanwhile, a comprehensive status report be filed detailing therein role of the petitioner and the evidences collected by the prosecution during investigation as well as antecedents of the petitioner." Thereafter, case could not be taken up for hearing on the date fixed, i.e., 29.01.2026, and accordingly, 'By Order', the matter was adjourned to 09.04.2026.

Today, on the very outset, learned counsel for the applicantpetitioner prays for withdrawal of main regular bail petition, as during the pendency of present petition, applicant-petitioner has also filed CRM-M57329-2025 for quashing of aforementioned FIR on the basis of compromise JAWALA RAM 2026.02.25 18:13 I attest to the accuracy and authenticity of this document

CRM-M-63460-2025 (O&M) - 2 - effected between the parties involved in cross-cases, as both parties are residing in the same village and have settled all disputes between them. Therefore, there is a request of learned counsel for the applicant-petitioner that the date of hearing in the main case, which is fixed for 09.04.2026 be also pre-poned for today itself, and then applicant-petitioner be allowed to withdraw the main case, i.e., CRM-M-63460-2025. 4.

Mr. Jasdeep Singh, Addl. AG, Punjab, who is present in Court, accepts notice on behalf of the non-applicant/respondent - State and pleads no objection to the prayer made therein.

In view of the prayer and the averments made in the application, date of hearing in the main case is pre-poned from 09.04.2026 to today itself i.e. 23.02.2026, and same is taken on board for its disposal. 7.
