**** Sanjay Vashisth J. (Oral) Present appeal has been filed challenging the order dated 27.03.2025 passed by Addl. Sessions Judge, SAS Nagar whereby application for grant of bail filed by the appellant in case FIR No.94 dated 13.11.2024 under Sections 103(2), 109(1), 126(2), 190, 191(2), (Sections 249 and 61(2) of BNS, 2023 and Section 3 of SC/ST (Prevention of Atrocities) Act added later on) registered at Police Station Phase 8, District SAS Nagar, Mohali, was dismissed. It is a case of double murder wherein two persons namely Daman and Dilpreet Singh were murdered by the accused namely Akash Kumar @ Aakash Kumar, Aman Taak, Arun Kumar, Ritesh, Vishal, Amit and Gaurav. The incident took place on 13.11.2024. Material witnesses are yet to be examined though investigation is complete. No ground is made out to entertain the present petition at this stage.

Accordingly, the present petition stands dismissed. Pending miscellaneous application(s), if any, also stands dismissed. Trial Court would record the statement of material witnesses without any unreasonable delay. Copy of the order be sent to the Trial Court for necessary compliance.
