(ORAL) The present petition has been filed under Articles 226/227 of the Constitution of India, inter alia, seeking issuance of a writ in the nature of Certiorari for setting aside orders dated 21.03.2024 (Annexures P-5 to P-8) passed by learned District Revenue Officer and Collector, Panipat and orders dated 04.06.2025 (Annexures P-10 to P-13) passed by learned Divisional Commissioner, Karnal Division, Karnal. 2.

At the outset, learned counsel for the petitioners submits that there are certain inadvertent errors in the instant writ petition, therefore, he prays that he may be permitted to withdraw the instant writ petition with liberty to the petitioners to file separate writ petitions, challenging the orders passed by the revenue authorities in the separate partition applications. 3.

Ordered accordingly.
