This is a petition under Sections 10 and 12 of the Contempt of Courts Act, 1971 for initiation of proceedings against the respondents for violation of the order dated 07.08.2025 passed in CWP-22832-2025. 2.

Learned State counsel submits that inquiry has been concluded and inquiry report dated 07.02.2026 has since been submitted. A copy of the same has also been supplied to the Court, which is taken on record. Registry to scan the same and tag at the appropriate place. 3.

In view of the inquiry report, no further orders are required to be passed in the present petition and the same is disposed off. Rule stands discharged. Pending applications, if any, also stand disposed off.
