  /borrower, has approached this Court challenging notice dated 24.05.2021 (Annexure P-3), vide which loan account has been declared NPA, notice dated 07.08.2023 (Annexure P-4) u/s 13(2) of Securitisation and Reconstruction of Financial Assets and Enforcement of Security Interest Act, 2002 (for short 'SARFAESI Act' or 'the Act'), notice dated 21.02.2024 (Annexure P-5) u/s 13(4) of the Act and notice dated 13.09.2024 (Annexure P-6) u/s 14-1A of the Act, on various grounds. ( After arguing for a while, learned counsel for petitioner expresses his desire to approach DRT u/s 17 of SARFAESI Act.  -( The petitioner is relegated to avail the appropriate statutory remedy under the SARFAESI Act before the DRT and thereafter before DRAT. In case the petitioner prefers an application under Section 17 of SARFAESI Act within a period of 30 days from today along with copy of this order, the same shall be RATTAN PAL SINGH 2025.11.26 18.08 I attest to the accuracy and integrity of this document
