Learned counsel for the petitioner would contend that the limited prayer in the present case is for a direction that the application under Order 39 Rules 1 and 2 of the Code of Civil Procedure, 1908 be decided expeditiously. It is the contention of the learned counsel that the Trial Court vide order dated 12.12.2024 has directed that the application under Order 7 Rule 11 CPC would be decided in the first instance. 2.

Heard.

In view of the limited prayer made by the learned counsel for the petitioner, the present revision petition is disposed off with a direction that the hearing of the application under Order 39 Rules 1 and 2 CPC be not delayed by the Trial Court and the same be heard expeditiously, in accordance with law.

Disposed off accordingly. Pending applications, if any, also stand disposed off.
