(Oral) The instant Writ Petition has been filed under Articles 226/227 of the Constitution of India inter alia seeking a writ in the nature of Mandamus for directing the respondents to make necessary correction in the revenue record i.e. the jamabandi by including the name of the petitioner at relevant place.

At the outset, learned counsel for the petitioner prays that he may be permitted to withdraw the instant petition with liberty to the petitioner to avail his remedies in terms of Section 45 of the Punjab Land Revenue Act, 1887 as applicable to the State of Haryana. 3.

In view of the above, the present petition is dismissed as withdrawn with liberty aforesaid.
