Present second petition has been filed under Section 483 of the Bharatiya Nagarik Suraksha Sanhita, 2023 (for short 'BNSS') for grant of regular bail to the petitioner in case FIR No.57 dated 29.3.2024 under Sections 21(c) of Narcotic Drugs and Psychotropic Substances Act, 1985, registered at Police Station Sadar Fazilka, District Fazilka. 2.

Learned counsel appearing for the petitioner seeks to withdraw the petition in hand with liberty to file afresh on the same cause of action, after giving details of the entire previous petitions, preferred by the petitioner before this Court.
