(Oral) The instant writ petition has been filed under Articles 226/227 of the Constitution of India inter alia seeking issuance of a writ in the nature of Mandamus for directing respondents No.3 and 4 to consider and decide the claim of the petitioner in pursuance of remand order dated 04.10.2022 (Annexure P-4) passed by the learned Divisional Commissioner, Ambala Division, in a time bound manner.
