The present petition as been filed for quashing of orders dated 26.09.2024, 24.03.2025, 31.05.2025, 06.08.2025, 15.09.2025 and 01.10.2025 passed by the learned Additional Sessions Judge, Barnala, on the basis of the compromise.

Vide order dated 27.11.2025, the matter was referred to the Mediation and Conciliation Centre of this Court. As per report received from the Mediator, the matter has amicably been settled between the parties vide settlement agreement dated 01.12.2025.

In view of the report of the Mediator, orders dated 26.09.2024, 24.03.2025, 31.05.2025, 06.08.2025, 15.09.2025 and 01.10.2025 passed by the learned Additional Sessions Judge, Barnala are quashed and the present petition is accordingly disposed of.
