(Oral) Prayer in the present writ petition, filed under Articles 226/227 of the Constitution of India inter alia is for issuance of a writ in the nature of Certiorari, for setting aside the order dated 10.06.2025 (Annexure P-4) and order dated 10.07.2025 (Annexure P-5) passed by the learned Superintending Canal Officer, Bhiwani.

A perusal of the order sheets would reveal that the matter has been adjourned repeatedly either at the request of learned counsel for the petitioner or his absence. Today despite the second call, there is no representation on behalf of the petitioner and same was the position on the last date of hearing i.e., 09.03.2026. It appears that the petitioner is not interested in pursuing the instant matter any further. 3.

In view of the above, the instant writ petition is dismissed for non-prosecution.
