***** HARSH BUNGER J. (ORAL) The present petition has been filed under Article 226 of the Constitution of India, inter alia, seeking issuance of a writ in the nature of Certiorari for quashing the inquiry report dated 26.02.2024 (Annexure P-3) and 10.06.2025 (Annexure P-5).

On advance service of copy of petition, Mr. Hunar Veer Sharma, Advocate appears and files his Vakalatnama on behalf of respondent No.6 in Court today, which is taken on record, subject to all just exceptions.

After arguing for some time, learned counsel for the petitioner prays that she may be permitted to withdraw the instant writ petition with liberty to the petitioner to avail his any other alternative remedy, as available to him, in accordance with law.
