At this stage, counsel for the respondent submits that respondent has already got recorded his statement before the trial Court with regard to the withdrawal of the petition under Section 9 of Hindu Marriage Act i.e. DMC/1516/2024 titled as "Davinder Singh Vs. Geeta", which is sought to be transferred.

However, no effective order has been passed in the said petition and the matter is listed before Lok Adalat scheduled to be held on 17.05.2025.

In view of the submission aforesaid, counsel appearing on behalf of the applicant submits that she does not want to pursue with the transfer application and the same be dismissed as withdrawn. Ordered accordingly.
