This petition has been filed under Section 528 of BNSS, 2023 for issuance of directions to the official respondents to decide representation/complaint dated 18.09.2025 (Annexure P-2). 2.

Learned counsel for the petitioner contends that the petitioner has preferred representation dated 18.09.2025 (Annexure P-2) but no action has been taken so far. Learned counsel submits that the petitioner would be satisfied if directions are issued to respondent No.3- Senior Superintendent of Police, Amritsar, Tarn Taran to look into his complaint dated 18.09.2025 (Annexure P-2) and take appropriate steps at the earliest. 3.

I have heard learned counsel for the parties. 6.

Keeping in view the facts and circumstances of the case and the prayer made by the petitioner, the present petition is disposed of with a direction to respondent No.3- Senior Superintendent of Police, Amritsar, Tarn Taran to take action on the complaint dated 18.09.2025 (Annexure P-2) of the petitioner in accordance with law within a period of four weeks from the date of receipt of certified copy of this order and pass an appropriate order.
