The present petition has been filed for issuance of writ in the nature of certiorari for quashing the impugned order dated 20.11.2024 (Annexure P-6) passed by Debt Recovery Tribunal-II, Chandigarh whereby the Tribunal has ordered that order dated 01.07/2024 passed in CWP No.14613 of 2024 passed by this Court has not been complied with. However, the petitioner claims that the same has duly been complied with.

The impugned order was passed by the concerned Debt Recovery Tribunal which is appealable before the DRAT (Debt Recovery Appellate Tribunal). This Court does not find it appropriate to interfere with the same. 3.

Hence, the present petition is dismissed.
