Bhandari, AAGcum-PP, Punjab, puts in appearance on behalf of respondents No.1 to 3 (State) and points out that in the memo of parties, petitioner No.1 - Sunita, is shown to be resident of Sonipat (Haryana), whereas, address of her parents and brother i.e. respondents No.4 to 6, has been shown as House No.786, Colony Road, Patti Hushiara, Rampur, Ludhiana, Punjab. Counsel for the petitioners seeks an adjournment to verify the aforesaid fact.
