(Oral) Prayer is for grant of anticipatory bail to the petitioner in criminal case having FIR No.484 dated 30.09.2024 registered under Sections 110(deleted latetr on), 115, 190, 191(3) and 351(2) of BNS 2023 and Section 109 of BNS, 2023 added later on at Police Station Kurukshetra University, District Kurukshetra.

Counsel appearing on behalf of the petitioner apprised this Court that in compliance of the earlier order dated 27.12.2024, the petitioner has joined the investigation with the Police. The State counsel on instructions from ASI Sandeep has not disputed the aforesaid assertions made by the counsel for the petitioner and further made statement that the petitioner is no longer required for the purpose of any further investigation by the Police. In view of the above, without commenting on the merits of the case, the present petition is allowed and order of interim bail dated PUNEET CHAWLA 2025.02.20 10:13 I attest to the accuracy and integrity of this order/judgment

-227.12.2024 is hereby made absolute subject to the conditions as envisaged under Section 482(2) of BNSS, 2023.
