Prayer in this petition, filed under Section 482 of BNSS, 2023, is for grant of anticipatory bail to the petitioner, who has been booked for having committed the offences punishable under Sections 279, 337, 338 of IPC, in a case arising out of FIR No. 133, dated 29.04.2005, registered at Police Station Sadar, District Palwal.

Since, petitioner has been declared Proclaimed Offender by the trial Court vide its order dated 26.11.2010, and the quashing petition, challenging the said P.O. order i.e. CRM-M-64000-2024, titled as, "Gulab vs. State of Haryana", has already been dismissed by this Court vide order of even date i.e. 22.01.2025, this Court finds no merit in the present petition, wherein the petitioner is seeking anticipatory bail. Consequently, the petition is dismissed.
However, it is clarified that in case petitioner himself surrenders JAWALA RAM 2025.01.24 17:45 I attest to the accuracy and authenticity of this document
