This petition has been filed under Section 482 of BNSS, 2023, seeking anticipatory bail in case bearing FIR No.307 dated 12.07.2024, registered under Sections 420, 467, 468, 471, at Police Station Gohana City, District Sonepat.

On 08.01.2025, the following order was passed:- "Pursuant to the notice of motion having been issued, Mr. Parveen Kumar Aggarwal, DAG, Haryana has appeared on behalf of respondent No.1-State and Mr. Amit Kumar, Advocate has appeared for respondent No.2. Inter alia contends that the petitioner is a young man aged 19 years with no criminal antecedents; the FIR in question stands compromised by way of a compromise between the parties (copy of the affidavit/compromise dated 26.07.2024 has been appended as Annexure P-2 with MOHD YAKUB 2025.01.28 17:14 I attest to the accuracy and authenticity of this document Punjab & Haryana High Court at Chandigarh

CRM-M No.65532 of 2024 the present petition) & the petitioner is willing to join investigation and cooperate therein.

Adjourned to 28.01.2025.

The petitioner is directed to appear before the Investigating Officer on 13.01.2025 at 11:00 A.M. in concerned Police Station and join investigation. In the event of arrest, the petitioner shall be released on interim bail subject to his furnishing personal/surety bond(s) to the satisfaction of the Arresting Officer/Investigating Officer. As and when further called by Investigating Officer, the petitioner shall join the investigation. He shall abide by the condition(s) enumerated under Section 482(2) of Bharatiya Nagarik Suraksha Sanhita, 2023."

Learned State counsel assisted by learned counsel for the complainant and, on instructions from SI Sandeep, at the very outset, informs the Court that the petitioner has joined the investigation and his custodial interrogation is not required.

In view of the statement of learned State counsel, order dated 08.01.2025 is hereby made absolute. The petitioner shall abide by the terms and conditions envisaged under Section 482(2) of BNSS (erstwhile Section 438(2) of the Code of Criminal Procedure, 1973). 5.

The petition stands disposed of.
