(Oral) The present first petition has been filed under Section 482 of the Bharatiya Nagarik Suraksha Sanhita, 2023 for grant of anticipatory bail to the petitioner in case bearing FIR No.121 dated 07.09.2025 registered under Sections 109, 125, 191(3), 190 of the Bharatiya Nyaya Sanhita, 2023 and Section 25 of the Arms Act, 1959 at Police Station Sadar Jalalabad, District Fazilka.

Learned counsel appearing on behalf of the petitioner submits that the petitioner has been arrested in another case registered against him in Rajasthan and that he is under instructions to withdraw the present petition. 3.

In view of the above, the present petition is dismissed as withdrawn.
