This petition has been filed under Article 226 of Constitution of India for issuance of directions to the official respondents No. 2 and 3 to protect the life and liberty of the petitioners from the hands of respondent Nos. 4 and 5.

Learned State counsel submits that the father of the petitioner No.1 has made a statement that he will not interfere in the matrimonial life of his daughter and so there is no threat perception to the petitioners from the private respondents.

Keeping in view the statement of the learned State counsel, present petition has been rendered infructuous and the same is disposed of as such.
