This is a petition for anticipatory bail under Section 482 of Bharatiya Nagarik Suraksha Sanhita (BNSS), 2023 in case bearing FIR No.80 dated 30.11.2024 under Sections 420, 120-B IPC, 1860 registered at Police Station Division No.1, Pathankot, District Pathankot.

Learned counsel for the petitioner submits that the petitioner in the present case has been found innocent.

On the other hand, learned counsel for the State does not dispute the afore said fact and states that the petitioner is not found involved in the present case.

In view of the submissions made on behalf of the parties, no further orders are required to be passed in the present case and the present petition is disposed of, with aforesaid observations.
