None had appeared on behalf of the petitioner on the last date of hearing. The position remains the same even today, despite the case having been called out twice.

On the last date of hearing i.e. 17.03.2026, this Court had passed the following order:- "Learned State counsel has produced a copy of the order dated 10.03.2026 passed by learned CJM, Sonipat in COMA-1614-2017, as per which, the bail granted to the petitioner vide order dated 21.11.2023, Annexure P-4, has again been cancelled for not appearing.

In the interest of justice, adjourned to 19.03.2026. To be taken up at 2:00 P.M."
