" C Learned counsel appearing on behalf of the petitioner contends that 390 grams of charas, which is an intermediate quantity, has been recovered from the petitioner. She submits that the first petition filed by the petitioner seeking grant of regular bail was withdrawn on 06.11.2025 since the petitioner had not mentioned about his involvement in another criminal case of similar nature wherein 300 grams of charas was recovered from the petitioner. She submits that the petitioner is in custody since 02.06.2025 and has already undergone an actual custody of nearly 09 months. She submits that out of 17 witnesses cited by the prosecution, only 04 witnesses have been examined so far and thus the conclusion of trial shall take long. % + % :%
