On 13.11.2025, the following order was passed: 'Apprehending his arrest in FIR No.45 dated 07.04.2024 registered for offences punishable under Sections 302, 148, 149 of IPC at Police Station City Fazilka, District Fazilka; the petitioner has preferred this petition under Section 482 of Bharatiya Nagarik Suraksha Sanhita, 2023 seeking pre-arrest bail. Counsel for the petitioner, inter alia, contends that the petitioner was found innocent by the police, but the petitioner has now been summoned as an additional accused by the powers of the trial Court under Section 358 of BNSS 2023, the petitioner is willing to join trial proceedings and cooperate therein. Notice of motion.
On the asking of Court; Mr. Amit Kumar Goyal, Addl. AG, Punjab causes appearance on behalf of respondent-State of Punjab. Adjourned to 27.11.2025.
The petitioner is directed to appear before the concerned trial Court on or before 20.11.2025 wherein he shall be admitted to interim bail subject to the satisfaction of the concerned Court.'

CRM-M No.63762 of 2025 -2petitioner has appeared before the concerned trial Court in terms of earlier order dated 13.11.2025 and undertakes to appear further before it. 3.
This factual position in so far as it relates to the petitioner having appeared before the trial Court, has been ratified by the learned State counsel.

In view of the above, this Court is inclined to confirm the order dated 13.11.2025. Accordingly, the instant petition is allowed. The interim order dated 13.11.2025, passed by this Court is made absolute, subject to the conditions as enumerated under Section 482(2) of BNSS. 5.
This order should not be treated as "blanket" order. It will not be read granting petitioner indefinite protection from arrest. It shall be confined to the FIR mentioned ibid and will not operate in respect of any other incident that involves commission of an offence. 6.
Liberty is reserved in favour of State/complainant to move for cancellation/recall of this order in case the petitioner violates any condition stipulated under Section 482(2) of BNSS or upon showing any other sufficient cause.
