, -./ The present petition has been filed for quashing the judgment dated 20.09.2018 whereby respondent No.3 was discharged by the trial Court and judgment dated 08.08.2024 whereby the Criminal Revision filed by the petitioner against the judgment dated 20.09.2018 has been dismissed and a further prayer to direct the trial Court to charge-sheet the respondent No.1 to 3 under relevant provisions of Section 420/465/467/468/471 and 120-B of the Indian Penal Code, 1860.

Learned Counsel appearing on behalf of the petitioner contends that the petitioner has already filed a Civil Appeal No. 208-2018 before the District Court. She thus does not press the instant petition at this stage and prays for liberty to file a fresh petition after the outcome of the Civil Appeal, if so advised.

Disposed of as not pressed with liberties as aforesaid.
